Artist's Comments full view plox Okay, so despite the way I feel in the last days (due to withdrawal symptoms), I have been able to finish this work which I was fond of since the very beginning. I like little Nana very much; she is currently the apple of my eye.  As can be seen, I made use of strong outlines this time and I quite like it. In the past I tried to avoid outlines, but since a while I think there can be a lot of interesting things done with it. Except for the light pink background (done in Photoshop) everything in this work was done with traditional tools: Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils, fineliner, gold and white gelpens,.... And you know what it's all about? -> SMUDGE SMUDGE SMUDGE!  Anyway, via this way I would also like to apologize to Johannes for being so "difficult" in the last days.  Lack of meds make Meme go kwazy!  Ok, I will shut up now; enjoy!  I give my full permission to  to display this work in the club's gallery. |
